We have a 28-day returns policy, if returned after this time unfortunately we will not be able to refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
We are only able to offer refunds back to the original payment method.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Due to the nature of our products, hampers that contain food or edible items are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been dispatched or delivered. This is because food products are perishable and cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your hamper arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the items and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Personalised items are also non-returnable unless they are faulty or there has been an error on our part.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
